Project schedule will be impacted by the inability to utilize <br /> commercially viable overtime labor if needed,though schedule impacts are not possible to quantify at this <br /> time. Highway/heavy rate for painters is $70.39 per hour. <br /> OUR BASE BID DOES NOT INCLUDE: <br /> 1. Any bonds required by Owner or GC. <br /> 2. Pipe labeling. <br /> 3.
