5) Ramsey Facility Usage Policy <br /> <br />This item was tabled but Councilmembers are encouraged to submit their comments to staff by <br />next Monday. <br /> <br />Case #15: Report from Finance Committee <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Receipt of the 1998 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) and <br />Presentation of the management Report by the Firm of Malloy, Montague, <br />Karnowski, Radosevich & Co., P.A. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Anderson to accept <br />the 1998 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and authorize the Finance Officer to submit it <br />to the State of Minnesota Department of Revenue and other agencies, as required, and to submit <br />the report with application for the Certificate to the Government Finance Officers Association of <br />the United States and Canada. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Mayor Gamec questioned if there will be a copy of the financial report <br />placed at the library. Finance Officer Lund stated that she will be sending a copy to the library <br />and that there is also a copy at City Hall. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Anderson, and <br />Hendriksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />2) Consider Final Payment for Purchase of Community Park #5 <br /> <br />Staff requested direction on final payment of Community Park #5. <br /> <br />Case#15A: Parabody/BrunswickCorporation <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich explained that Council authorized the sale of Lot 3, Block 1, Gateway <br />North Industrial Park Plat 4 to Brunswick Corporation. In order to convey clear title, it is <br />necessary to release the property from a previous development agreement with Anoka Industrial <br />Park, Inc. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to execute release of that Development Agreement <br />between the City and Anoka Industrial Park, Inc. dated July 5, 1990, and filed of record July 5, <br />1990, as Anoka County Recorder's Document No. 899036. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Zimmerman, and <br />Anderson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />City Council/June 8, 1999 <br />Page 15 of 16 <br /> <br /> <br />
