The first 55+ Day <br />Trip ran on Thursday to learn how the prohibition -era <br />mobsters shaped Minnesota's growth and history. Next, we <br />will visit the Minneapolis Institute of Art for April's annual <br />four -day Art in Bloom series. Other brand new programs <br />coming up include Duck, Duck, Wood Duck where families <br />will build a Wood Duck house to create nesting habitat for <br />our parks, a Puzzle Competition where teams of four can <br />race to complete a puzzle featuring a photo from the Photo <br />Contest Series, and the second annual Egg-Paw-Looza <br />"Easter egg" hunt for dogs! The fun and excitement will <br />continue into the Summer with opportunities for all ages, <br />including pickleball, youth day camps, the annual Art Fair, <br />Movies in the Park, and much more! For more information <br />visit www.cityoframsey.com/ParkEvents. <br />Attached to the Weekly Update are the Parks and <br />Recreation Events flyers. <br />Seasonal Load Limit Notification <br />The Minnesota Department of Transportation will start <br />spring load restrictions in the SOUTH, SOUTHEAST and <br />METRO frost zones Monday, February 26, at 12:01 a.m. <br />Winter load increases have already ended in the SOUTH, <br />SOUTHEAST and METRO zones. <br />Seasonal load limit (frost) zones and restricted routes can <br />be found on the MnDOT load limits map. <br />Start and end dates and other load limit information are <br />shown at mndot.gov/loadlimits. <br />Overweight permits for more than 80,000 pound gross <br />vehicle weight will continue and new permits will be issued <br />if all axle and group weights are legal (axle weight limits). <br />Full -summer overweight permits can be issued, during the <br />spring load restriction period, for travel on the interstate <br />system only. <br />Middle -range overweight permits become available within <br />each SLL zone when spring load restrictions are lifted.
