5. 4. <br />CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 02/26/2024 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Not Applicable <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #24-054 Approving Final Payment to Meyer Contracting, Inc. for Improvement Project #23-11; <br />Lift Station #10 Improvements. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Resolution and Pay Request Attached. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Issuing final payment will be contingent on receipt of the following items from Meyer Contracting, Inc.: <br />1. IC-134 (Contractor's Withholding Affidavit showing compliance with the provisions of Minnesota Statute <br />290.92 requiring withholding state income tax) <br />2. Waiver of Mechanic's Lien Rights (Affidavits that all claims against Meyer Contracting, Inc. by reasons of the <br />contract have been fully paid or satisfactorily secured) <br />3.
