CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 02/26/2024 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Not Applicable <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #24-055 Approving Final Payment to GMH Asphalt Corp. for Improvement Project #22-02; <br />Autumn Heights Street Reconstruction. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Resolution and Pay Request Attached. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Issuing final payment will be contingent on receipt of the following items from GMH Asphalt Corp.: <br />1. IC-134 (Contractor's Withholding Affidavit showing compliance with the provisions of Minnesota Statue <br />290.92 requiring withholding state income tax). <br />2. Waiver of Mechanic's Lien Rights (Affidavits that all claims against GMH Asphalt Corp. by reasons of the <br />contract have been fully paid or satisfactorily secured). <br />3.
