CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Kuzma called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />2.01: Strategic Planning Session <br />City Administrator Hagen reviewed the Staff report concerning the 2024 Strategic Plan. He noted <br />they will be shifting up how this meeting has run in the past and they will be looking at how to <br />pick up on trends and looking at the big picture of the things they are doing well and not so well. <br />He shared they will also be discussing impacts and opportunities that will be corning over the next <br />few years. He noted they have spent a lot of time over the past few years discussing the Values, <br />Vision, Mission, Objectives and Strategies of the City and he does not see these items as needing <br />many changes as they are broad enough to cover anything that may come up in the City while still <br />being relevant. He asked the Council to think of the things that the City is doing well. He shared <br />these things do not have to pertain to operations of the City and could be something that is not <br />done by the City but benefits the community as a whole. <br />City Council Special Work Session / February 1, 2024 <br />Page 1 of 20 <br />
