Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #7: <br /> <br />Request for Final Plat Approval of Osterkamp Addition; Case of Mr. Jim <br />Osterkamp <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that Mr. Jim Osterkamp is requesting final plat approval of a <br />minor subdivision to plat each unit of an existing, lawful, nonconforming twin home onto <br />separate lots of record for salability as two individual dwelling units. She explained that both of <br />the lots in the plat exceed the minimum area requirement. At the time of sketch plan review, Lot <br />2 was approximately six feet shy of the 80-foot width requirement. The final plat has been <br />modified and Lot 2 now meets the width requirement.
