Mr. Moiner replied the site is strictly used for storage, and only their employees come and go <br />from the lot. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt inquired if the restriction to storage is a stipulation of RV World's lease <br />agreement with the landowner, or if it should be covered with the interim use permit if it is <br />granted. <br /> <br />Mr. Moiner replied it should likely be covered with the interim use permit. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt asked if any display has been done on the site <br /> <br />Mr. Moiner replied there is no customer shopping done on the site. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hunt inquired ifa customer would be brought to the site if they were interested in <br />a unit located at the storage site. <br /> <br />Mr. Moiner replied there have been times when a customer has been driven to the storage area <br />and shown the units. However, nine out of ten times the trailer is hauled back to the lot. RV <br />World would not have a problem if this were to be a condition of the permit. <br /> <br />Commissioner Levine asked how long the process of finding a relocation site will take. <br /> <br />Mr. Moiner replied this cannot be pinned down. If an offer were to be made tomorrow it could <br />take a season to build on a site. <br /> <br />Commissioner Levine inquired about the request for a five year timeframe on the permit. <br /> <br />Mr. Moiner replied there are not many existing facilities to purchase and move right into.
