Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-06-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 13TM FINAL PAYMENT TO RICHARD KNUTSON, <br />INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #98-14 (TRUNK HIGHWAY #47 STP <br />PROJECT) <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, on February 8, 2000, the Ramsey City Council approved <br />Improvement Project Trunk Highway #47 STP as a non-assessment project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 25, 2000, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #00- <br />04~108 awarding the bid for Trunk Highway ~47 STP project to Richard Knutson, Inc. in <br />the amount of $4,288,321.34; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer, Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed work <br />and recommends 13t~ final payment to Richard Knutson, Inc. in the amount of $5,576.00, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RANISEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes 13th final payment to Richard Knutson, Inc. <br /> for Trunk Highway #47 STP in the amount of $5,576.00. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving <br />payment of bills for the date of June 13t~, 2006. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey Finance Deparument will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-06-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> -151- <br /> <br /> <br />
