CASE <br /> <br />SELECTION OF DEVELOPER FOR RAMSEY CROSSINGS PROJECT <br /> By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey authorized Request for Proposals in March of this year to develop an area <br />adjacent to the Ramsey Town Center for purposes of commercial, retail, and office oppommifies. <br />The project has been referred to as the Rarnsey Crossings Project. The City received three <br />proposals in May and interviews were held for all three proposals on June 2, 2006. <br /> <br />The review committee will be making its final selection recommendation after the Council <br />agenda will be prepared and will present a recommendation during the Council meeting.
