ADOPT ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF <br />LOT 2, BLOCK 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION <br /> <br /> By: William IC Goodrich, City Attorney <br />Sean M. Sullivan, Economic Development Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey is currently negotiating a TIF agreement with Minnesota Waterjet. As a part of <br />the transaction, the city is to convey title to: Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Third <br />Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota to Minnesota Waterjet. On May 23, 2006, the City Council <br />introduced an ordinance to authorize the sale.
