CASE <br /> <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF <br />14280 SUNFISH LAKE BOULEVARD NW <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> By: William IC Goodrich, City Attorney <br />Scan M. Sullivan, Economic Development Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City has entered into a TIF agreement with Riverside Manufacturing. As a part of the <br />transaction, the city is to convey title to: The East 500 feet of the South 200 feet (as measured <br />along the East and South lines respectively) of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />(NE1/4 of SE 1/4) of Section numbered Twenty-seven (27), Township Thin'y-two (32) North of <br />Range Twenty-five (25) West to Riverside Manufacturing. On March 14, 2006 the City Council <br />introduced an ordinance to authorize the sale. That ordinance was adopted on March 28, 2006.
