'~'.: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey wifl hold a pub-' ic hearing on Tuesday, August 10, 1999 at 7:00 STATE OF MINNESOTA ) ss County of Anoka ) ~.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 ; ~lowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. I The purpose of the hearing is to consider a '[:, newspaper known as the Anoka County Union, and has full knowledge of the facts which Peter G. Bodley, being duly sworn, on oath says that he is the managing editor of the are stated below: (A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constituting qualification as a qualified newspaper, as provided by Minnesota Statute 331A.02, 331A.07, and other applicable laws, as amended.
