the Joint Fire Board. Said cost of run to be based on the following schedule: <br /> <br /> Two Hundred Fifty and 00/100 ($250.00) dollars per run for the first hour or <br />fraction thereof. <br /> <br /> One Hundred Twenty Five and 00/100 dollars for each additional one-half hour or <br />fraction thereof. · <br /> <br /> 7. All cancelled calls, whenever the equipment leaves the station, will be billed on <br />the basis of actual expense to the Joint Fire Board, not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty <br />and 00/100 ($250.00) dollars. <br /> <br /> 8. That in the event, in the judgement of the Anoka-Champlin Fire Chief or senior <br />fire officer in charge as set forth in this agreement, additional equipment or fire <br />personnel is needed to properly control or fight said fire or perform other necessary <br />emergency service, the party of the second part agrees to pay the reasonable cost of such <br />additional assistance as is deemed necessary. <br /> <br /> This contract shall be in effect indefinitely except as provided in the following <br />paragraph, and that the payment may be adjusted annually by the Joint Fire Board. <br /> <br /> It is understood and agreed by both parties to this contract that said contract may <br />be cancel led at the option of the Joint Fire Board if the contracting City is given two <br />years written notice and by the contracting City by giving two years written notice. <br /> <br /> It is mutually noted that said notice was given by the City of Ramsey on November 23, <br /> 1988 by letter to Mr. Ronald Bickford attached hereto as Attachment #1. <br /> <br /> APPROVED BY THE ANOKA-CHAMPLIN JOINT POWERS FIRE BOARD THIS DAY OF , 19 90. <br /> <br /> fA <br /> Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL THIS <br /> <br />DAY OF <br /> <br />, 1990. <br /> <br />BY: <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />BY: <br /> City Administrator <br /> <br />Formula Used: <br /> <br />$56,831,570.00 (total assessed valuation-, ]987 payable 1988, re'al, <br />personal, and exempt property) x ).25 mills x 82% (serving 82% <br />of Ramsey) x 5.5% (]990 inflation factor) = $6],456.24. <br /> <br /> <br />
