CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mark Wilson, 14761 Erkium Street Northwest, Ramsey, stated that recently there was a road <br />extension being reviewed on Sunwood Drive and discussion on ACCAP housing. After <br />discussing the addition of sidewalk along Sunwood Drive with his neighbors, he requested that <br />the Council consider no sidewalk between County Road #5 and Erkium Street. He stated that all <br />of the paths should go up to the parks. He presented a petition from 30 neighbors requesting that <br />there be no trail/sidewalk on Sunwood Drive from County Road #5 and Erkium Street. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted that the item was on the agenda to be discussed and suggested moving the <br />Sunwood Drive discussion to the top of the agenda following the public hearing. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec requested that Sunwood Drive be discussed after the public hearing as Case A. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman added Case #7A Update on Barium Street. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to approve the <br />agenda as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Connolly, Zimmerman, <br />Anderson, and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Items #10 and #11 were added to the consent agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson stated that on page 20 of the August 24, 1999 meeting minutes, that it <br />should read "this vehicle was forfeited by a local drug dealer" rather than "donate". <br /> <br />Councilmember Connolly questioned if adding the wording onto the City vehicle would cause <br />problems with vandalism. <br /> <br />Police Chief Gustafson stated that they have had no vandalism to their police vehicles. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that if the wording is included on the vehicle, the vehicle can be <br />used for any City purpose but must be made available for DARE use. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec suggested having City Attorney Goodrich and Director of Public Works/Fire <br />Chief Kapler make a decision in regards to the wording to be placed on the truck.
