NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING~

<br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ranisey
<br />City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00
<br />p.m. on Tuesday, November 9, 1,999, in the
<br />Council Chambers of Ramsey Municipal
<br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard, Ramsey,
<br />Minnesota.-
<br /> The purpose of the hearing will be to con-
<br />sider adoption of a storm sewer improvement
<br />tax district by ordinance. If said ordinance is
<br />adopted, the Council may propose certain
<br />storm sewer improvemegts and future storm
<br />se~er maintenance witfiin the district, the cost
<br />of which is to be paid by levying a tax on all
<br />taxable j~roperty within the district in an
<br />amount necessary to finance the cost of the
<br />improvements including maintenance. '
