NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING~ <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ranisey <br />City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 <br />p.m. on Tuesday, November 9, 1,999, in the <br />Council Chambers of Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota.- <br /> The purpose of the hearing will be to con- <br />sider adoption of a storm sewer improvement <br />tax district by ordinance.
