• Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01 -03 -169 RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL -TIME ASSISTANT CITY ADMINISTRATOR, KIM MOORE -SYKES WHEREAS, Kim Moore -Sykes was hired as a full -time Assistant City Administrator for the City of Ramsey effective March 6, 2000, subject to a one -year probationary period; and WHEREAS, Ms. Moore -Sykes successfully completed her probationary period and her performance was documented by the City Administrator; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its March 27, 2001 meeting agreed with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for full -time Assistant City Administrator Kim Moore - Sykes, effective March 6, 2001. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full -time Assistant City Administrator Kim Moore -Sykes effective March 6, 2001. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Hendriksen Councilmember Anderson Councilmember Kurak Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None
