• Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01 -05 -207 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO WICKENHAUSER EXCAVATING, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #01 -18 (MAKENS PROPERTY DEMOLITION) WHEREAS, on March 27, 2001, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #01 -03- 155 awarding the bid for Improvement Project #01 -18, Makens Property Demolition project to Wickenhauser Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $43,200.00; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and recommended full payment to Wickenhauser Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $45,600.00. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes full payment to Wickenhauser Excavating, Inc. for Improvement Project #01 -18, Makens Property Demolition project in the amount of $45,600.00 on May 22, 2001. 2) That the City Council authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of May, 2001. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Kurak, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Kurak Councilmember Anderson Couccilmember Hendriksen and the following voted against the same: None
