• • ti 1593821 3a -ZS - 3q -0 0 0 F Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01 -05- 212 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. WHEREAS, Old Castle Precast requested a variance from the height restrictions in the Business Warehouse District on the property legally described as follows: The East half of Southeast quarter of Southwest quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25,except that part described as follows: Commencing at Northwest comer of said East half, thence South along west line of said East half 409.44 feet to point of beginning, thence East at right angle 11 feet, thence South at right angle 264 feet, thence West at right angle to West line of said East half, thence North along said West line to point of beginning, except road subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property "); and WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on May 1, 2001, conducted the public hearing, adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from height restrictions and denied same; WHEREAS, Old Castle Precast submitted an appeal to the Board of Adjustment action on May 1, 2001 WHEREAS, on May 10, 2001, the City or Ramsey received a request for appeal of the May 1, 2001 Board of Adjustment decision; appeal. AND WHEREAS, the City Council met on May 22, 2001 to review the request for NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. The City Council adopted Resolution #01 -05 -211 adopting Findings of Fact #0553, a 10 foot variance to height restrictions is hereby granted.
