• <br />• <br />• <br />) -3 a .. as'- 1/ - b03 <br />Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #01 -06 -233 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO ROGER AND SUE BUTLER TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM ACCESSORY <br />STRUCTURE SPACE RESTRICTIONS BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0558 AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: <br />WHEREAS, Roger and Sue Butler, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee ", have <br />properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed the amount of accessory building space <br />allowed on the property generally known as 16351 Azurite Street N.W. and legally described as <br />follows: <br />Unplatted Ramsey Township that part of the east 220 feet of the west 440 feet of <br />the south 200 feet of the north 638 feet of the east half of the northeast quarter of <br />Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, subject to easement over the west 33 feet <br />thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />( "Subject Property ") <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 5, 2001, conducted the <br />public hearling and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #0558, a Conditional Use Permit (Permit) to exceed the amount of <br />accessory structure space allowed on the Subject property, as established in City Code, is <br />hereby granted to the Permittee. <br />2. That the Permittee is allowed to have a maximum of 2,112 square feet of accessory structure <br />space on the Subject Property, and all accessory structures regardless of whether or not they <br />require a building permit, are subject to the adjusted maximum for the Subject property. <br />3. That the construction of the new accessory building will require issuance of a building permit <br />from the City of Ramsey. <br />4. That the accessory building shall be properly constructed and <br />all applicable Uniform Building Codes. <br />aintained in accordance with <br />1598345 <br />
