• • • ) -3 a .. as'- 1/ - b03 Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01 -06 -233 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ROGER AND SUE BUTLER TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SPACE RESTRICTIONS BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0558 AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: WHEREAS, Roger and Sue Butler, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee ", have properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed the amount of accessory building space allowed on the property generally known as 16351 Azurite Street N.W. and legally described as follows: Unplatted Ramsey Township that part of the east 220 feet of the west 440 feet of the south 200 feet of the north 638 feet of the east half of the northeast quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, subject to easement over the west 33 feet thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota ( "Subject Property ") WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 5, 2001, conducted the public hearling and recommended City Council approval of the request. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. Based on Findings of Fact #0558, a Conditional Use Permit (Permit) to exceed the amount of accessory structure space allowed on the Subject property, as established in City Code, is hereby granted to the Permittee. 2. That the Permittee is allowed to have a maximum of 2,112 square feet of accessory structure space on the Subject Property, and all accessory structures regardless of whether or not they require a building permit, are subject to the adjusted maximum for the Subject property. 3. That the construction of the new accessory building will require issuance of a building permit from the City of Ramsey. 4. That the accessory building shall be properly constructed and all applicable Uniform Building Codes. aintained in accordance with 1598345
