<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON MODIFICATIONS TO THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING (TIF) PLANS FOR <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING (REDEVELOPMENt) DISTRICT NO.1 <br />TAX INCREMf.NT FINANCJNG (REDEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT NO.2 <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING (REDEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT NO.4 <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING (ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT NO.5 <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING (ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT NO.6 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 14, 1999; at 7:00 o'clock <br />p.m., at the Ramsey City Hall, in Ramsey, Minnesota, to consider the 'modifications to Tax <br />Increment Financing'(RedevelopmEmt) District No.1, Tax IncretTlent Financing (Redevelopme.nt) <br />District No.2, Tax Increment Financing (Redevelopment) District 1':10. 4,Tax'lncrement Financing <br />(Economic Development) District No.5 and Tax Increment Financing (Economic Development) <br />District No.6 (the "TIF Districts") and the adoption of the modified Tax Increment Financing <br />Plans relating thereto, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.174 through 469.179, all <br />inclusive as amended. A copy of the Tax Increment Financing Plans for theTIF Districts, as pro. <br />posed to be adopted, will be on file and available for public inspection at the Office of the City <br />Administrator at City Hall. . <br />The property included in the TIF Districts is described in the respective Tax Increment <br />Financing Plans.
