said southeasterly line of Inverness Lane NW; thence easterly 415.41 feet along the <br />southerly line of said Inverness Lane NW on a 300.81 foot radius tangential curve <br />concave southerly with a central angle of 79 degrees 07 minutes 22 seconds; thence <br />south 65 degrees 09 minutes 35 seconds east 92.03 feet along the southwesterly line <br />of said Inverness Lane NW; thence southeasterly 321.65 feet along said <br />southwesterly line of Inverness Lane NW on a 686.66 foot radius tangential curve <br />concave southwesterly with a central angle of 26 degrees 50 minutes 19 seconds; <br />thence south 38 degrees 19 minutes 16 seconds east 342.63 feet along said <br />southwesterly line of Inverness Lane NW; thence north 51 degrees 40 minutes 44 <br />seconds east 344.18 feet along the southeasterly line of said Inverness Lane NW to <br />the point of beginning. <br />Said parcel contains 81.1± acres more or less. Subject to easements, reservations <br />and restrictions of record, if any. <br />( "the Subject Property ") <br />WHEREAS, the City received application for preliminary plat approval of Northfork St. <br />Andrews Addition on December 14, 2000; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on January 2, 2001, <br />and recommended preliminary plat approval; and <br />WHEREAS, park dedication requirements are specified in the Northfork PUD Park <br />Dedication agreement dated February 19, 1987 and amended May 9, 1989 which establishes a <br />park dedication obligation of $500.00 /lot for St. Andrews Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on January 23, 2001, and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Northfork St. Andrews Addition which consisted of 44 lots; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 26, 2001, the Developer applied for final plat approval of <br />Northfork St. Andrews Addition. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Northfork St. Andrews <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon the following: <br />a) The developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City of Ramsey. <br />b) Compliance with City Staff review letter dated August 9, 2001. <br />RESOLUTION #01 -08 -263 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
