• • Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution: RESOLUTION #01 -08 -316 A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A STEEL_ WAREHOUSING BUSINESS IN A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT BASED UPON FINDI: dGS OF FACT #0570 AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. WHEREAS, Scott and Patti Jarmoluk, doing business as North Suburban Steel Supply, Inc. (Permittees) have properly applied for a conditional use permit (Permit) on the property generally known as 8900 181 Avenue and legally described as follows: That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying west of the West line of the East 930.00 feet, as measured at right angles, thereof. Containing 11.82 acres, more of less. Subject to easements of record. Subject to that part taken for County Road Nc. 64 over and across the North 33.00 feet thereof. (the "Subject Property "); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on August 7, 2001, conducted a public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. NOW THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. Based on Finding of Fact #0570, the request for a conditional use permit to operate a steel warehouse on the Subject Property is hereby denied. 2. All costs incurred by the City in administering and enforcing this permit shall be the responsibility of the Permittee. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution as duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Kurak Councilmembei Zimmerman Councilmembei Anderson Councilmember Hendriksen and the following voted. against the same: None
