• <br />• <br />Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution: <br />RESOLUTION #01 -08 -316 <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />OPERATE A STEEL_ WAREHOUSING BUSINESS IN A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br />BASED UPON FINDI: dGS OF FACT #0570 AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. <br />WHEREAS, Scott and Patti Jarmoluk, doing business as North Suburban Steel Supply, <br />Inc. (Permittees) have properly applied for a conditional use permit (Permit) on the <br />property generally known as 8900 181 Avenue and legally described as follows: <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying west of the West line of <br />the East 930.00 feet, as measured at right angles, thereof. Containing 11.82 acres, <br />more of less. Subject to easements of record. Subject to that part taken for <br />County Road Nc. 64 over and across the North 33.00 feet thereof. <br />(the "Subject Property "); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on August 7, 2001, conducted a public <br />hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br />NOW THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. Based on Finding of Fact #0570, the request for a conditional use permit to operate a steel <br />warehouse on the Subject Property is hereby denied. <br />2. All costs incurred by the City in administering and enforcing this permit shall be the <br />responsibility of the Permittee. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution as duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmembei Zimmerman <br />Councilmembei Anderson <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />and the following voted. against the same: <br />None <br />
