a <br />Councilmember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #01 -09 -332 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED 2001, PAYABLE 2002, TAX LEVY <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the following proposed levies for certified 2001, payable 2002, be levied upon the <br />taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the <br />following purposes: <br />GENERAL LEVY <br />Fund 101: General Fund - General Operations <br />Fiscal Disparity Transfer - as estimated $ 557,514 <br />Collected as Property Tax General Levy 3,795,751 <br />(Includes Special Levy of $7,100 for Pera Rate Increase) <br />DEBT SERVICE LEVY <br />Lease Revenue Bond (collected as property tax): <br />Fire Station #2 151,090 <br />Certificates of Indebtedness 266,847 <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />$ 4,353,265 <br />417,937 <br />DRAINAGE DISTRICT LEVY <br />Mississippi River Stormwater Subdrainage District 43,348 <br />TOTAL PROPOSED LEVIES $ 4,814,550 <br />2) That the City Administrator /Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's Office on or before Monday, September 17, <br />2001. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kurak and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />
