O ©13 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0576 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />EXCEED WALL SIGN SQUARE FOOTAGE AND HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. <br />WHEREAS, Blue Line Collision Center properly applied for a conditional use permit to <br />exceed wall sign square footage and height restrictions as established in City Code on the <br />property generally known as 6260 State Highway #10 and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 9, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96, According to the recorded plat thereof <br />and situated in Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />(Subject Property). <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on September 4, 2001, conducted the public <br />• hearing and recommended city Council approval of the request. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #0576, a conditional use permit ( "Permit ") to exceed wall sign <br />square footage and height restrictions is hereby granted to Blue Line Collision Center <br />( "Permittees "). <br />2. The Permittee is herein granted permission to erect a wall sign surface area not to exceed <br />133.5 square feet in size and shall not extend more than 3 feet beyond the building parapet. <br />3. The wall sign shall be constructed on the front of the building and wrap around to one side of <br />the building. <br />4. The existing wall sign and roof billboard sign must be removed from the property prior to <br />issuance of a sign permit. <br />5. The Permittee and its successors or assigns, herein forfeit all rights for further wall signs, <br />other than address numbers. <br />• 6. The installation of the wall sign on the Subject Property shall require a sign permit from the <br />City of Ramsey. <br />
