• Councilmember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01 -09 -368 RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL -TIME PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE WORKER TIM GLADHILL WHEREAS, Tim Gladhill was hired as a full -time Public Works Maintenance Worker for the City of Ramsey and began work on March 28, 2001, subject to a six -month probationary period; and WHEREAS, Tim Gladhill successfully completed his probationary period and his performance was documented by the Director of Public Works and Parks/Utilities Supervisor; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its September 25, 2001, meeting agreed with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for full -time Public Works Maintenance Worker Tim Gladhill, effective September 28, 2001. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confiuns the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full -time Public Works Maintenance Worker Tim Gladhill effective September 28, 2001. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Anderson Councilmember Hendriksen Councilmember Kurak Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None
