• <br />and the following were absent: <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: October 23, 2001 <br />Pursuant to clue call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 23 day <br />of October, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose modifying Development District No. 1 and <br />adopting a Development Program therefor. <br />The following Council Members were present: <br />Council Member Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #01 -10 -393 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED AND RESTATED DEVELOPMENT <br />PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council (the "Council ") of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota (the <br />"City "), previously created Development District No. 1 (the "Development District ") and <br />adopted a Development Program (the "Program ") therefore, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Sections 469.124 through 469.134; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has proposed to modify the Program and has caused to be prepared <br />a document entitled "Amended and Restated Development Program for Development District <br />No. 1, City of Ramsey, Minnesota," dated October 23, 2001; and <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County, Minnesota, has been notified of the public hearing for the <br />review of the Program; and <br />WHEREAS, School District No. 11 has been notified of the public hearing for the <br />review of the Program; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's Planning Commission has been consulted with concerning the <br />modifications of the Program; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has requested the comments of Anoka County, School <br />District No. 11, and the City's Planning Commission regarding the contents of the Program; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council on October 23, 2001, after having published a notice of <br />public hearing in the official newspaper of the City, conducted a public hearing on the Program <br />and requested public comments on the same; now therefore <br />
