• <br />RESOLUTION #01 -10 -396 <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Stanhope Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(Subject Property) <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on October 4, 2001, conducted the <br />public hearling and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br />1624113 <br />4.3 . a5 • t - -cr <br />Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO EXCEED THE DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING HEIGHT RESTRICTION <br />FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN THE METROPOLITAN URBAN SERVICE <br />AREA (MUSA) BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0580 AND DECLARING TERMS OF <br />SAME: <br />WHEREAS, Jeff Welle ( Permittee) have properly applied for a conditional use permit to <br />exceed the detached accessory building height restriction for properties located within the <br />Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA) established in section 9.11.02 "Accessory Uses" of <br />City Code on the property generally known as 15351 Ute St. NW and legally described as <br />follows: <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #0580, a conditional use permit (Permit)to exceed the detached <br />accessory building height restriction for properties located within the MUSA as established <br />in City Code, is hereby granted to Jeff Welle, hereinafter referred to as the " Permittee" <br />2. That the detached accessory building may exceed the sixteen (16) foot detached accessory <br />building height restriction for properties located within the Metropolitan Urban Service Area <br />by a total of 11 feet in order to match the design and height of the principal structure. <br />3. That the construction of the detached accessory building on the Subject Property shall require <br />issuance of a building permit from the City of Ramsey. <br />• 4. That the accessory building shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with <br />all applicable Uniform Building Codes. <br />
