1. Based on Findings of Fact #0585, a variance to allow the applicant to exceed the 35 -foot <br />building height restrictions by 3 feet is hereby approved. <br />2. This variance shall automatically expire if it is not initiated by November 5, 2002, and <br />application for building permit shall constitute initiation. The Permittee may petition for <br />an extension of time in which to complete the variance. Such extension shall be <br />requested in writing and filed with the City at least 30 days before the expiration of the <br />original variance. <br />3. The Permittee agrees that this variance shall be recorded in the office of the Anoka <br />County Recorder. <br />4. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this variance. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Watson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Chairperson Nixt <br />Board Member Johnson <br />Board Member Watson <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />Board Member Brauer <br />Board Member Sweet <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Board Member Kociscak <br />Board Member Reeve <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 5th day of November, 2001. <br />Orrin Thompson Homes hereby acknowledges the approval of this variance. <br />• Orrin Thompson Homes: <br />Resolution #01 -11 -406 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
