• <br />Councilmember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #01 -11 -420 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2002 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL FUND <br />OPERATING BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, <br />2002 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Property Taxes $ 3,736,708 <br />Licenses and Permits 395,582 <br />Intergovernmental Revenues 1,148,001 <br />Charges for Services 242,224 <br />Fines and Forfeitures 50,000 <br />Other Revenues - <br />Interest Earnings 100,000 <br />Miscellaneous 0 <br />Other Financing Sources 1,169,542 <br />Total Revenues $ 6,842,057 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />General Government $ 1,717,840 <br />Public Safety 2,928,556 <br />Public Works 1,094,124 <br />Parks and Recreation 542,776 <br />Contingency 107,494 <br />Other Financing Uses 451,267 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $ 6,842,057 <br />2) That the City Administrator /Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Friday, December 28, 2001. <br />3) <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Kurak and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />
