• <br />• <br />Councilmember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #01 -11 -421 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2001, PAYABLE 2002, MUNICIPAL TAX LEVY <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the following levies for assessed 2001, payable 2002, be levied upon the taxable <br />property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following <br />purposes: <br />GENERAL LEVY <br />Fund 101: General Fund - General Operations <br />Fiscal Disparity Transfer (as certified) $ 557,514 <br />Collected as Property Tax 3,788,651 <br />DEBT SERVICE LEVY <br />Special Assessment Obligations <br />Pera Employer Contribution Rate Increase $ 7,100 <br />Certificates of Indebtedness $ 75,637 <br />Lease Revenue Bonds 151,090 $233,827 <br />DRAINAGE DISTRICT LEVY <br />Mississippi River Storm Water Sub Drainage <br />District #1 <br />TOTAL CERTIFIED LEVIES $ 4,623,340 <br />2) That this final levy does not exceed the Proposed Levy adopted September 11, 2001. <br />3) That this final levy is being adopted as a result of the Public Budget Hearing held for the <br />purpose of hearing the opinions of Ramsey residents on the proposed budget and amount <br />of property taxes. <br />4) That the City Administrator /Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Friday, December 28, 2001. <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Kurak and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Zimmei <br />Kurak <br />$ 4,346,165 <br />$43,348 <br />
