5) That the Applicant is proposing to use the Subject Property in its current state as a <br />parking lot until May 31, 2002. <br />. 6) That the Applicant has stated that there are no plans on using the buildings at this time, <br />but that they may be used in the future. <br />7) That the Applicant has stated that they will be working with during the winter months to <br />determine a permanent use of the land. <br />8) That the Applicant is requesting that the interim use permit be effective until May 31, <br />2002. <br />• <br />9) That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br />10) That the proposed use will not be dangerous or detrimental to persons residing or <br />working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br />11) That the proposed use will not substantially or adversely impair the use, enjoyment or <br />market value of surrounding properties. <br />12) That the proposed use will be operated and maintained so as to be harmonious and <br />appropriate in appearance with the existing or intended character of the general vicinity <br />and such use will not change the essential character of the area. <br />13) That the proposed use will not create additional requirements at public cost for public <br />facilities and services. <br />14) That the proposed use will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. <br />15) That the proposed use will not be disturbing or hazardous to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br />16) That the proposed use will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials and <br />equipment and conditions of operation that may be detrimental to any persons, property <br />or the general welfare, by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke or glare. <br />17) That the proposed use will be in accordance with the objectives of the Comprehensive <br />Plan and the intent of Section 9.03.04A Interim Use Permits of the City Code. <br />18) That the applicant is willing to comply with traffic control limitations that are appropriate <br />with the site. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kurak, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />RESOLUTION #01 -12 -439 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
