5. 9. <br /> CC Regular Session <br /> Meeting Date: 03/12/2024 <br /> Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br /> Information <br /> Title <br /> Adopt Resolution#24-065 Approving Final Plat of COR Five <br /> Purpose/Background: <br /> The minor plat of COR Five combines and rearranges five existing parcels into three new parcels with <br /> reconfigured road rights-of-way as a part of the 2024 Ramsey Parkway and Center Street construction project. <br /> Road right-of-way was vacated on January 23, 2024,with easements vacated in the public hearing on tonight's <br /> agenda.
