Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #24-067 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT <br /> OF "HAUGTVEDT PINES" <br /> RECITALS <br /> 1. DeeAnn Deiss, personal representative and executor of the estate of Harris Everett <br /> Haugtvedt, has properly applied for minor plat approval on the property legally described <br /> as follows: <br /> The South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br /> of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> ("Subject Property") <br /> 2. That the property is zoned Rural Residential and guided by the current Comprehensive <br /> Plan as Rural Developing. <br /> 3. That the Planning Commission approved a variance to minimum lot area through <br /> Resolution#24-033. <br /> 4. That the City Council reviewed the Minor Final Plat on March 12, 2024, pursuant to <br /> Section 117-589 of City Code. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the final plat of"Haugtvedt Pines" and <br /> authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the plat subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Recording of this plat must be accompanied by recording the variance resolution. <br /> 2. Park Dedication on Lot 2 shall be satisfied through a cash contribution in the following <br /> manner: $4,500.00 (park dedication portion) and $1,500.00 (trail dedication portion). <br /> 3. A Storm Water Management Fee on Lot 2 in the amount of$534.00. <br />
