Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #24-067 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF "HAUGTVEDT PINES" RECITALS 1. DeeAnn Deiss, personal representative and executor of the estate of Harris Everett Haugtvedt, has properly applied for minor plat approval on the property legally described as follows: The South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. ("Subject Property") 2. That the property is zoned Rural Residential and guided by the current Comprehensive Plan as Rural Developing. 3. That the Planning Commission approved a variance to minimum lot area through Resolution#24-033. 4. That the City Council reviewed the Minor Final Plat on March 12, 2024, pursuant to Section 117-589 of City Code. NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the final plat of"Haugtvedt Pines" and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the plat subject to the following conditions: 1. Recording of this plat must be accompanied by recording the variance resolution. 2. Park Dedication on Lot 2 shall be satisfied through a cash contribution in the following manner: $4,500.00 (park dedication portion) and $1,500.00 (trail dedication portion). 3. A Storm Water Management Fee on Lot 2 in the amount of$534.00.
