1 (2) The outdoor or outside storage of any junk, abandoned or inoperable vehicles, equipment, <br /> 2 trailers and the like, as defined by this chapter. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 (3) The outdoor or outside storage of any part of a motor vehicle or piece of machinery that is <br /> 5 deteriorating or unusable or intended to be used as salvageable parts. <br /> 6 <br /> 7 r <br /> 8 (4) The outdoor accumulation and storage of junk, trash,refuse, debris, materials or other items <br /> 9 to include, but not limited to, those items not customarily used outdoors. <br /> 10 , <br /> 11 <br /> 12 (5) Privy vaults and garbage cans which are not rodent-free or flytight or which are so <br /> 13 maintained as to constitute a health hazard or to emit foul and disagreeable odors. <br /> 14 (6) The storage or accumulation of waste, refuse, or garbage that is not contained in a closed <br /> 15 container designed or reasonably adapted for such purpose, except for 30 days preceding <br /> 16 pick-up by a hauler. This includes any accumulation of appliances, plumbing fixtures, <br /> 17 furniture, equipment, remnants of wood (decayed or weathered) unused construction <br /> 18 materials, stockpiles of rocks or dirt, or any items that could not be put to use in the manner <br /> 19 that they are intended. <br /> 20 (7) Temporary accessory structures not approved or exempted elsewhere in City Code <br /> 21 including, but not limited to, shipping containers and structures made from canvas or <br /> 22 plastic with tubular metal hoops. <br /> 1 <br /> 23 . <br /> 24 (8) Failure to follow or comply with requirements set forth in development agreements, <br /> 25 Conditional Use Permits, or Interim Use Permits, unless otherwise approved by the City. <br /> 26 , <br /> 27 , L/%­'&&-L%.VO %J-L %.,?L­L-L%o.JL L7 L4"01 LL4JLL%.,%.V VV X-L-L%W-L-L XXXL'9' e any pefson OWL %aft-L-L-L-H.1111 0of t1affi.X.A.ge. an <br /> 28 <br /> 29 (9) Camping, squatting, or living on public or private land unless within a designated. <br /> 30 campground or for the personal enjoyment on privately owned property y the owner. <br /> 31 Tents, campers,vehicles and the like, cannot be used for commercial or private permanent <br /> 32 or temporary dwelling units. <br /> 33 , <br /> 34 <br /> 35 (10) Dense smoke, noxious fumes, gas and soot, or cinders in unreasonable quantities. <br /> 36 (11) Radio aerials or television antennas erected or maintained in a dangerous manner. <br /> 37 (12) The existence of any structure or part of any structure which,because of fire,wind,or other <br /> 38 natural disaster or physical deterioration, is no longer habitable as a dwelling nor useful for <br /> 39 any other purpose for which it may have been intended. <br /> 40 (13) The existence of any vacant dwelling,, garage or other outbuilding, unless such buildings <br /> 41 are kept securely locked, windows kept glazed or neatly boarded up and otherwise <br /> 42 protected to prevent entrance thereto by vandals. <br />
