(f) Construction activity, including but not limited to: operation, repair, servicing and engine start- <br /> up/warm-up of heavy construction equipment; loading and unloading of heavy equipment; and <br /> delivery of supplies between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.am. <br /> ( ) Exemption.
