5. 3. <br /> Park and Recreation Commission <br /> Meeting Date: 03/14/2024 <br /> Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Create a positive image for residential neighborhoods,business districts and key <br /> corridors. <br /> Information <br /> Title: <br /> Consider Irrigation for Municipal Plaza <br /> Purpose/Background: <br /> The purpose of this case is to acknowledge the need and begin the process to irrigate Municipal Plaza—the <br /> undeveloped park space north of City Hall and west of Center Street. <br /> Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: <br /> For the meeting, staff will review the purpose and scope of the proposed irrigation project for the park. <br /> Funding Source: <br /> This case does not authorize funding.
