Our services included <br /> advancement of nine (9) standard penetration test(SPT) soil borings, and the preparation of a factual <br /> engineering report with the results of our fieldwork. Our work was performed in general accordance <br /> with our proposal dated May 3, 2018. <br /> Soil samples obtained at the site will be held for 60 days at which time they will be discarded. Please <br /> advise us in writing if you wish to have us retain them for a longer period. You will be assessed an <br /> additional fee if soil samples are retained beyond 60 days. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to have been of service on this project.
