The trend of property taxes shows all increasing reliance on this <br />source as tile state has withdrawn their support that was previously received as local government aid. <br /> <br />ttighways and streets along with culture and recreatkm realized program revenues in excess of tile <br />amount expeused. In highways and streets, this was due to the contributions of infrastructure assets from <br />developers increasing capital assets that are recognized as revenue in the year received. Subsequently <br />these capital assets are depreciated over the asset's usefid life.
