SF 1370 REVISOR JSK S 1370-1 1 st Engrossment <br /> 7.1 (f)"Courtyard apartment"means a building with up to four attached residential dwelling <br /> 7.2 units arranged on two or three sides of a yard or garden. <br /> 7.3 (g) "Duplex"means a two-family home, classified as an IRC-2 in the State Building <br /> 7.4 Code and not meeting the definition of townhouse. <br /> 7.5 (h) "Fiveplex"means a building containing five residential dwelling units intended for <br /> 7.6 nontransient occupancy and not meeting the definition of townhouse. <br /> 7.7 (i) "Fourplex"means a building containing four residential dwelling units intended for <br /> 7.8 nontransient occupancy and not meeting the definition of townhouse. <br /> 7.9 0)"Lot"means any contiguous parcel of land in the possession of,owned by,or recorded <br /> 7.10 as the property of the same claimant or person. <br /> 7.11 (k) "Major transit stop"means a stop or station for a guideway or busway, as the terms <br /> 7.12 are defined in section 473.4485,subdivision 1. <br /> 7.13 (1) "Middle housing"means buildings that are single-family detached homes and <br /> 7.14 residential properties that are compatible in scale,form,and character with single-family <br /> 7.15 detached homes.Middle housing includes all of the following housing types: <br /> 7.16 (1)duplexes; <br /> 7.17 (2)triplexes; <br /> 7.18 (3)fourplexes; <br /> 7.19 (4)fiveplexes; <br /> 7.20 (5)sixplexes; <br /> 7.21 (6)townhouses; <br /> 7.22 (7)stacked flats; <br /> 7.23 (8)courtyard apartments; <br /> 7.24 (9)cottage housing; <br /> 7.25 (10) single-family detached homes;and <br /> 7.26 (11)twin homes. <br /> 7.27 (m) "Municipality"means a home rule charter city, statutory city,or town. <br /> 7.28 (n)"Residential dwelling unit"or"unit"means a residential dwelling unit for the use of <br /> 7.29 a single owner or tenant and applies to any type of residential structure unless otherwise <br /> 7.30 specified. <br /> Sec.8. 7 <br />
