								    1 (2) The outdoor or outside storage of any junk, abandoned or inoperable vehicles, equipment, 
<br />2 trailers and the like, as defined by this chapter. 
<br />3 (2) All diseased animals running at large. 
<br />4 (3) The outdoor or outside storage of any part of a motor vehicle or piece of machinery that is 
<br />5 deteriorating or unusable or intended to be used as salvageable parts. 
<br />6 (3) Carcasses of animals not buried at least three feet deep or destroyed within 24 hours after 
<br />7 death. 
<br />8 (4) The outdoor accumulation and storage of junk, trash, refuse, debris, materials or other items 
<br />9 to include, but not limited to, those items not customarily used outdoors. 
<br />10 (C1) Accumulations of manure, refuse or other debris, except that any manure maintained in 
<br />11 conformance with chapter 10 shall not be declared a public nuisance. 
<br />12 (5) Privy vaults and garbage cans which are not rodent -free or flytight or which are so 
<br />13 maintained as to constitute a health hazard or to emit foul and disagreeable odors. 
<br />14 (6) The storage or accumulation of waste, refuse, or garbage that is not contained in a closed 
<br />15 container designed or reasonably adapted for such purpose, except for 30 days preceding 
<br />16 pick-up by a hauler. This includes any accumulation of appliances, plumbing fixtures, 
<br />17 furniture, equipment, remnants of wood (decayed or weathered) unused construction 
<br />18 materials, stockpiles of rocks or dirt, or any items that could not be put to use in the manner 
<br />19 that they are intended. 
<br />20 (7) Temporary accessory structures not approved or exempted elsewhere in City Code 
<br />21 including, but not limited to, shipping containers and structures made from canvas or 
<br />22 plastic with tubular metal hoops. 
<br />23 (7) The depositing of garbage or refuse on a public right of way or adjacent private property. 
<br />24 (8) Failure to follow or comply with requirements set forth in development agreements, 
<br />25 Conditional Use Permits, or Interim Use Permits, unless otherwise approved by the City. 
<br />26 (8) The placing or throwing on any street, sidewalk or other public property of any glass, tacks, 
<br />27 nails, bottles or other substance which may injure any person or animal or damage any 
<br />28 pneumatic tire when passing over such surface. 
<br />29 (9) Camping, squatting, or living on public or private land unless within a designated 
<br />30 campground or for the personal enjoyment on privately owned property by the owner. 
<br />31 Tents, campers, vehicles and the like, cannot be used for commercial or private permanent 
<br />32 or temporary dwelling units. 
<br />33 (9) The pollution of any public well or cistern, stream or lake, canal or body of water by 
<br />34 sewage, industrial waste, or other substances. 
<br />35 (10) Dense smoke, noxious fumes, gas and soot, or cinders in unreasonable quantities. 
<br />36 (11) Radio aerials or television antennas erected or maintained in a dangerous manner. 
<br />37 (12) The existence of any structure or part of any structure which, because of fire, wind, or other 
<br />38 natural disaster or physical deterioration, is no longer habitable as a dwelling nor useful for 
<br />39 any other purpose for which it may have been intended. 
<br />40 (13) The existence of any vacant dwelling, garage or other outbuilding, unless such buildings 
<br />41 are kept securely locked, windows kept glazed or neatly boarded up and otherwise 
<br />42 protected to prevent entrance thereto by vandals.
