Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #24-101 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR LIGHTBRIDGE ACADEMY WHEREAS, The City of Ramsey received an application from Otto Associates, Engineers & Land Surveyors (the “Applicant”) on behalf of LB Ramsey MN Owner, LLC (the “Permittee”), requesting Site Plan and Final Plat approval on the property legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, Lightbridge Academy, Anoka County, Minnesota (the “Subject Property”). WHEREAS, the Applicant combined two outlots into one buildable lot, measuring approximately 2.12 acres in size, necessitating the subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing on January 25, 2024, that said public hearing was properly advertised; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the Preliminary and Final Plat at their regular meeting on January 25, 2024 and recommended approval of both; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and approved the Preliminary and Final Plat at their meeting on February 13, 2024. WHEREAS, the Permittee has now supplied the cost estimate for the site improvements, which is needed to draft the Development Agreement. WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Development Agreement at their meeting on April 9, 2024. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Development Agreement and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign that document. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmember Riley Councilmember Woestehoff Councilmember Olson Councilmember Howell Councilmember Musgrove Councilmember Specht
