ORDINANCE #24-08 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 106-120 "OFFICIAL ZONING MAP" OF <br />CHAPTER 106 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNEOSTA <br />The City Council of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 106-120 PERTAINING TO A ZONING MAP <br />AMENDMENT. <br />The following legally described properties are hereby rezoned from B-2 — Community Business <br />District to B-3 — Regional Business District: <br />Parcel 1: 8655 Riverdale Drive NW <br />Lot 2, Block 1, DONNA FARMS, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Parcel 2: 8725 Riverdale Drive NW <br />Lot 1, Block 1, DONNA FARMS, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />SECTION 3. MAP <br />The City is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Official <br />Zoning Map." <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter <br />Section 5.04. <br />
