5. 8. <br /> CC Regular Session <br /> Meeting Date: 04/23/2024 <br /> Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br /> Information <br /> Title <br /> Adopt Resolution#24-106 Approving a Development Agreement for Complete Auto Service at 5195 142nd <br /> Avenue NW(Project No. 24-102); Case of Complete Auto Service <br /> Purpose/Background: <br /> On April 9, 2024,the City Council approved a Conditional Use Permit(CUP) and Site Plan for Complete Auto <br /> Service (the "Applicant") at 5195 142nd Avenue NW(the "Subject Property"). The City has now received the <br /> Engineer's Estimate necessary to calculate the required financial surety, Engineering inspection escrow, and the <br /> Applicant's contribution to the City's Storm Water Regional Basin fund(the Subject Property is within a capture <br /> zone in a Drinking Water Supply Management Area or DWSMA,where infiltration is not permitted).
