Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#24-106 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> FOR COMPLETE AUTO SERVICE <br /> WHEREAS, MW Properties,LLC,hereafter referred to as"Developer,"properly applied for <br /> Site Plan, Conditional Use Permit, and Variance approval for the property generally known as 5195 142nd <br /> Avenue and legally described as: <br /> Lot I. Block 1 Rivers Bend Plaza 2na Addition and Outlot G.Rivers Bend 3rd Addition, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota. <br /> (the `Subject Property'); <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a Public Hearing and reviewed the Site Plan, <br /> Conditional Use Permit, and Variance requests on March 28, 2024; and <br /> WHEREAS, on March 28, 2024, the Planning Commission approved the Variance to impervious <br /> surfacing standards in the Scenic River Protection Overlay District and recommended approval of both <br /> the Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan,with <br /> contingencies, on April 9, 2024. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Development Agreement for <br /> Complete Auto Service, contingent upon review and approval as to legal form by the City <br /> Attorney. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 23rd <br /> day of April, 2024. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> RESOLUTION#24-106 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
