INTRODUCTION: The City of Ramsey (City) is requesting proposals for the cleaning and <br /> televising and delivery of televising reports for IP 24-05 Xkimo St MSA (TH47 to 142nd Ave) <br /> Street Reconstruction as well as IP 24-07 2024 Neighborhood Overlay Improvements — Bowers <br /> Drive Mill & Overlay; <br /> 1. IP 24-05 MSA Xkimo Street Reconstruction <br /> a. Xkimo Street between 142nd Ave and the cul-de-sac South of Blue Velvet Lane as <br /> well as 142nd Avenue between Xkimo Street &Waco Street. <br /> b. Scope of work includes: <br /> 1. Clean & Televise 1,2 10 lineal feet of storm sewer per attached exhibits <br /> 11. Clean & Televise 1,890 lineal feet of sanitary sewer per attached exhibits <br /> 111. Properly dispose of any materials <br /> iv. Provide the City with a video of the televised lines <br /> v. Provide the City with a report of the televised lines, including descriptions <br /> of the pipe and any defects <br /> 2. IP 24-07 2024 Neighborhood Overlay Improvements - <br /> Bowers Drive Mill & Overlay <br /> a. Bowers Drive between 148th Avenue & the end of the cul-de-sac at the south end <br /> of Bowers Drive. <br /> b. Scope of work includes: <br /> 1. Clean & Televise 2,020 lineal feet of storm sewer per attached exhibits <br /> 11. Properly dispose of any materials <br /> 111. Provide the City with a video of the televised lines <br /> iv. Provide the City with a report of the televised lines, including descriptions <br /> of the pipe and any defects <br /> Note: Sanitary sewer and storm sewer pipe sizes are shown on attached exhibits, but some pipe <br /> sizes may vary slightly. <br /> SCHEDULE: A written schedule of the work shall be submitted identifying all work components <br /> and showing work start and completion dates required to comply with the schedule. The cleaning <br /> and televising of the sewer lines will be completed within 30 working days of the notice to proceed <br /> issued by the City. A notice to proceed for the work is anticipated to be issued by the City on or <br /> around April 23, 2024. If work is not initiated within 7 calendar days of this notice, the City <br /> reserves the right to cancel the quotation and award to the second lowest responsible quote. <br /> PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL: An itemized quote shall be submitted for the proposed work using <br /> the form at the end of this Request for Proposal (RFP) <br /> COMMUNICATION WITH THE CITY: If any requirements of this RFP are not clearly <br /> understood, the Contractor is responsible for contacting the City for further clarifications in a <br /> 2 <br />
