City Engineer/ Director of Public Works City of Ramsey 7550 Sunwood Drive NW Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 RE: Proposal for Record Drawing Related Services—Ramsey Gateway US HWY 10/169 Improvements & US HWY 10/169 Temporary Widening Dear Mr. Westby: We appreciate the opportunity to present this scope of services for the above projects. Our scope and fees were prepared based on our understanding of the project and our previous experience in assisting the City of Ramsey with surveying services. Our proposed services will be as described below: As-Built Survey and Record Drawings—Survey key project components after completion of construction, prepare manhole inventories, and complete Record Drawings. The Temporary Widening Project includes approximately 16 watermain valves and hydrants and 4 sanitary sewer manholes.The Ramsey Gateway Interchange Project includes approximately 60 watermain valves and hydrants and 16 sanitary sewer manholes. The Temporary Widening project is complete, survey can begin immediately after authorization.The Ramsey Gateway Project construction is planned for 2024 and 2025. A Record Drawing will be prepared for each project and include only the applicable city utility plan sheets from the larger overall construction plans. We have attached a fee spreadsheet depicting hours, rates, and total compensation on a per task basis.
