Public Comments Received for Complete Auto <br /> From: Nick Erickson <br /> Sent: Monday, March 25, 2024 10:58 AM <br /> To: Ramsey Planning <br /> Subject: lot 1 blockl rivers bend plaza 2ed addition <br /> Hello, <br /> I am concerned about the new project for Lot 1 Block 1 Rivers Bend Plaza 2ed addition and outlot G, rivers <br /> Bend 3ed addition, anoka county, MN. <br /> I have found out they want to build a auto repair shop there. <br /> Here are my four concerns. <br /> (1) Noise:from tow trucks delivering and picking up,work being done early mornings. <br /> (2) Road traffic: They will have at least 1/2 of there customers, employees, and road testing vehicles, <br /> because of hwy 47 being divided there is only 1 way into there area north on hwy 47, all other traffic will <br /> be coming through our neighborhood. We also have a problem with speed on our road. The limit is 30 <br /> and people do way over that speed. <br /> (3) Leaving outside broken and cars not working. We do not want a Eye sore for the neighborhood. <br /> (4) Pollution: The use of used oil and fluids getting spilled or leaking into the ground and soil.
