PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13-11-186 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />FINDING THAT A MODIFICATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM <br />FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 AND A MODIFICATON TO THE TAX <br />INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING <br />DISTRICT NO. 2 CONFORM TO THE GENERAL PLANS FOR THE <br />DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, (the "City") has proposed to adopt <br />a Modification to the Development Program for Development District No. 1 (the "Development Program <br />Modification") and a Modification to the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 2 (the "TIF Plan Modification) therefor (the Development Program Modification and the TIF <br />Plan Modification are referred to collectively herein as the "Modifications") and has submitted the <br />Modifications to the City Planning Commission (the "Commission") pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 469.175, Subd. 3, and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Modifications to determine their conformity with the <br />general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as described in the comprehensive plan <br />for the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission that the Modifications conform with <br />the general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as a whole. <br />Dated: November 7, 2013 <br />Chair <br />ATTEST: <br />Secretary <br />
