Commissioner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #13-11- <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br />WHEREAS, Samuel and Andrea Diehl, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has <br />properly applied for a variance to allow a private well and septic system on the property generally <br />known as 6405 Green Valley Road NW and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Valley View Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on November 7, 2013, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact # , a variance to allow a private well and septic system is <br />hereby granted. <br />2. The Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction. <br />No building permit shall be issued until the Permittee has signed the variance and <br />reimbursed the City for all costs incurred in processing the application. <br />3. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this variance. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />
